All I can say is: Lefou’s Brew. You need this.
In the New Fantasy Land in Magic Kingdom, don’t forget to stop at Gaston’s Tavern, to get a Lefou’s brew, and maybe a giant cinnamon roll! (which you can now get extra frosting for!) In New Fantasyland, all of a sudden you feel like you are in the movie of “Beauty and the Beast”, strolling past Belle’s cottage and all of a sudden coming to the tavern of Gaston himself! And it’s definitely something that you shouldn’t miss.
There’s nothing like an iced cold Lefou’s Brew on a hot Florida day. Lefou’s brew is a themed non-alcoholic drink, which is frozen apple juice topped with passion fruit foam and infused with a hint of toasted marshmallows. You can even buy it in a souvenir stein or goblet!
Gaston’s Tavern is a great place to stop in for a snack or a sandwich. Or even as I mentioned before, a giant, warm and delicious cinnamon roll!
If you aren’t hungry, still drop in! The atmosphere alone is exciting. Rustic, and decorated in antlers with a big fireplace and Gaston’s big chair, you’ll feel like Gaston will walk through the door at any moment.
On your way out, after relaxing in the tavern with your LeFou’s Brew and sandwich, you might be pleasantly surprised by Gaston himself outside, who will pose for photos with guests and provide comedic relief for everyone in the line-up while they wait!
Don’t forget to check your Magic Kingdom park map, for other character meet and greet opportunities as well! If you access your My Disney Experience App it will show you the hours the characters may be out, they do disappear here and there for breaks though but they will be back!
Make sure to stop in the tavern, “no one hosts like Gaston!”
